These zamak fixings include a DIN 7981 screw with a diameter of 4.2mm and a total length of 32mm. This type of plasterboard fixing is suitable for fixing to plasterboard, as well as for paintings, pictures, wall lamps, air conditioner's evaporator coils, roller blinds, curtains, etc. It features a high-load capacity thanks to the adjustment fixing. Due to their short length, they require less space behind the board, making them very suitable for pre-assembly. It is not necessary to pre-drill the drywall, which saves time. You should only set the clutch to the forward position, adjusting the torque to avoid damaging both the plasterboard and the screw when the material to be fixed is subsequently placed.
